Forms to Complete and Return
Before your child starts Reception we need to have all of the relevant paperwork in place. Once your child's place has been confirmed please could you complete and return the paperwork below to dsgadmin@stgeorges-darlington.co.uk or hand them in to the school office before Thursday 27th June 2024.
