Good afternoon Class 4/5S,
I promise this is the last post of the week.
Our friends from the ‘Go Well’ Team who came into school to deliver the ‘Brainy Bunch’ last term have produced some great PE resources which will help the children reach the recommendation of 60 minutes daily. There are also wellness activities which will help support mental health.
I have uploaded the resources below and they can all be accessed along with the full instructions on the link below.
What you will need is 3 empty jam jars or similar containers, e.g: paper cups, clean empty Pringle tubes, cardboard boxes or a container with a lid would be great.
The main idea is to put the jar labels on the three jars. Print out or write down the activities from the physical activity sheet and the wellness activity sheet. Each day you can choose an activity from each jar. More detailed instructions are found on the link above.
